Shipping

All orders will be express posted within two business days, via Australia Post and you will be provided with a tracking number.

Any alternative arrangements will be discussed with you and agreed upon prior to shipping.

Flat rate shipping applies for jewellery and t-shirts. Within Australia $9AU. Worldwide shipping is flat rate $X. This includes insurance for up to $100.

Please make sure that you take care to provide the correct address details in the checkout cart, as we cannot resend items due to incorrect address.

International post can take over two weeks and sometimes more than four. This is out of our control, and is determined by Australia Post and your country’s own shipping company. Please check the tracking details as given in your email, or contact me to help.

Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

You are responsible for postage costs associated with returning products, unless they were damaged in transit.

    • Purpose of collection: to provide products or services to you to fulfill our contract, to process your payment information, arrange for shipping, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

    • Personal Information collected: name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, email address, and phone number.

Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18 . We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at the address above to request deletion.

Sharing Personal Information

We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. For example:
